Privacy notice

Contact details belong to the people who provided them. Their use stays narrow.

Who handles the data

TCoreTech is responsible for personal data submitted through this website. Questions, access requests and deletion requests can be sent through the contact form.

Mailing list

The mailing list stores an email address, subscription status, confirmation times, sign-up source and the version of this notice accepted at sign-up. The confirmation email must be accepted before the address is subscribed. Consent is the basis for sending notice of new TCoreTech content. The list is not used for marketing, advertising or any other purpose.

Mailgun stores and manages the list and delivers the messages. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and supports the one-click unsubscribe offered by mail clients. An unsubscribed address may be retained as a suppression record so that the opt-out continues to be honoured. A new subscription requires a new email confirmation.

Enquiries

The contact form collects a name, email address and message so the enquiry can be read and answered. These details are not added to the mailing list. Messages are retained only while they are needed for the conversation, any resulting work and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Spam prevention and service providers

Cloudflare Turnstile checks both forms for automated abuse and may process network and device information for that purpose. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers are also used to limit repeated submissions. Mailgun provides email delivery and mailing list management. The website and its publication workflow run on TCoreTech infrastructure.

Providers may process data outside the UK under the safeguards in their data protection terms. Personal data is shared only where needed to operate these services or where the law requires it.

Rights

Data protection rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawing mailing list consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Concerns may also be raised with the UK Information Commissioner.
